placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do

1. General Overview
VGR Electronics is a distributor of electronic components,
semiconductors, and passive components. Our services include global
sourcing, PAN India delivery, and technical support for industries
including automotive, industrial automation, and
telecommunications.
2. Product Authenticity & Quality
- Genuine Sourcing: We source components
from leading manufacturers and authorized channels (such as
Mouser, DigiKey, element14) to ensure 100% authenticity.
- Technical Specifications: While we strive
for accuracy, technical specifications are provided by
manufacturers. Users are encouraged to verify datasheets before
finalizing orders for production.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Dynamic Pricing: Prices for
semiconductors and electronic components may fluctuate based on
global market availability and exchange rates.
- Taxes: All prices are subject to GST as
per Indian government regulations.
- Secure Payments: We offer secure
transaction processing. Orders are only processed once payment
confirmation is received.
- RFQ (Request for Quote): For bulk orders,
custom pricing is provided via our RFQ system and is valid for the
duration specified in the quote.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Coverage: We provide PAN India delivery.
- Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are
subject to stock availability and logistics partner schedules. VGR
Electronics is not liable for delays caused by third-party
carriers or customs clearance for imported parts.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Component Sensitivity: Due to the nature
of electronic components (static sensitivity, soldering
requirements), returns are generally not accepted once the
original vacuum-sealed packaging is opened.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Claims for
damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery with supporting evidence (unboxing video/photos).
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be
processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business
days.
6. Limitation of Liability
VGR Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or
inability to use the components purchased, including but not
limited to production delays or equipment failure. Our liability is
limited to the replacement of the component or a refund of the
purchase price.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on vgrelectronics.com, including logos, text, and
product images, is the property of VGR Electronics or its
respective manufacturers and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
